About Me

I am a senior technology talent sourcer with over 15 years of Recruiting and Sourcing experience.

I co-founded

Working with Startups and young RPO firms, helping to create a strong TA team.

Warner Media

I was initially hired directly by Rohit Agarwal's CNN Digital team to be their Product Management, Product Design, & Data Analyst/Science Lead Sourcer.  I targeted VP to Senior levels. I was charged with creating a true sourcing team designed to target valued passive candidates and engage them strategically. My other responsibilities were helping boost CNN Digitals public perception as a tech company and provide meaningful diversity outreach that benefited the community and brought valued talent to the table.

As CNN Digital & WarnerMedia merged resources, I have been incorporated into the Warner Media Talent Acquisition team.  I continue to support CNN.  From time to time, I also support HBOmax, Bleacher Report, NHL through Turner Sports, and I even got to work with The Wizarding World.  Currently, I support the CNN Data Engineering & Data Product Leadership, building greenfield teams to build our new product CNN+.

What I've Done

To name a few, I have worked on or managed large scale projects with:

  • NetSuite/Oracle

  • Avanade

  • Pandora

  • Intuit

  • Eaton

  •  Johnson & Johnson

I have been an individual contributor with fortune 1000 Technology Companies, Engineering Corporations, and Medical Device Companies.  I have a strong corporate and agency background.

Senior Director of a niche RPO called Hire4c.

What I Do

I'm an expert at solving hiring problems. My passion is sourcing,  I enjoy helping a team, and a company exceed it's hiring objectives.

I can lead a team and I can create a sourcing team that performs at the highest level.  I also love to get in the trenches and find that purple squirrel.
